BeyondCSS is a great starting place, however, it is my third sample skin to use as a starting place for my own flavor of a CSS skin for DotNetNuke.
Using the default install the columns do not all show on the page properly. The right column is displayed at the bottom of the content. I will attempt to modify and this time I will track my changes in this blog.
First is to modify the skin to the default properties I want:
- Red top bar with date and user/registration object and Speerio Skinergy object
- Black logo bar with search object and banner pane
- Modified horizontal menu using either HouseMenu or CISS.Transmenu
- Fix the columns to display properly by changing the margin or padding and width
Off onto another task. Will tackle this later.
