Help options

 provides support to firms and individuals based on a contractual agreement. To review our Support Agreement highlights click on the Support Pricing link to the right. Once a contract is signed then Ardee Computing will provide several options for clients to receive support.

Option 1:

To the right you can submit a request for support by clicking on Submit Issue.

Most support is provided on-site, however, your issue may not require on-site service. Submit a request and you will be notified via e-mail when your issue is being addressed. When your issue's status is changed you will receive an e-mail notifying you that a change has taken place. You can then click on the link to see what has changed.

Option 2:

You may call 713-696-9959 x100 to connect with a support professional. If a support agent is available they will answer the phone, otherwise, leave a message and your call will be returned within the contractual response time gurantee, generally within 4 hours.

Option 3:

Send an e-mail message to support@ardee.com. This will create a support issue immediately upon receipt by our server. Subsequent changes to your issue will result in an e-mail message in your inbox. This option is similiar to Option 1. The difference is that you initiate the request by sending e-mail rather than coming to the website.
